I've spent much of my career helping organisations turn ideas into working solutions, navigate complex technology challenges and build the teams and capabilities needed to move forward.

Now, I combine running businesses with strategic advisory work and support the growth of business and technology communities in the East Midlands.

My Background

From Technology to Entrepreneurship

My career began in technology before I moved into entrepreneurship. Over 20 years, I've worked across software engineering, product strategy and digital innovation, helping founders, growing businesses and established organisations turn their ideas into practical outcomes.

I've also spent over 17 years running digital and technology businesses, combining commercial leadership with hands-on experience in technology strategy and delivery.

That combination shapes my approach today. I understand both the technical decisions and the commercial realities that businesses face.

I believe good technology starts with understanding the problem it needs to solve.

I take the time to understand what a business is trying to achieve, challenge assumptions and assess the options before recommending a way forward. That may involve a workshop, prototype, technology review or bringing together the right people to deliver a solution.
